The house has one of the best entrace doors available in Turkey.
The stairwell has windows that can be both fully opened or tilted to allow good ventilation.
The installed Video Intercom System has three indoor stations and one outdoor station. You can observe and talk to a person at the entrance door before letting someone in.

5 x Reolink 510 Surveillance Cameras with a super high resoltuion of 5 Megapixel color images.. The cameras suppot night vision, audio stream, movement detection, alert by push and email notifications, and may more features.
In total, the house has 5 wired surveillance cameras installed. Four of the them surveill each side of the house. The fifth one watches the house’s entrance and stairs.
You can use a mobile app on your smartphone to control and watch all cameras from anywhere you want.
Every bedroom and living room has one (or more) Gira LAN sockets to connect devices to the internal and external network.
